Customer Service for Ports, Harbors and Marinas

Course cost: $195

Great customer service skills enable you to respond effectively to your customer's needs and concerns. This course will help employees of harbors, ports and marinas master the principles of customer service. The following elements are included in the course: Introduction to Customer Service, Standards for Customer Service, Customer Service 101, Difficult Times and Guests, Commitment to Continuous Improvement, and Public outreach. Course is self-paced, but must be completed within 60 days of registration.

Requirements must have a computer with Internet access, speakers OR headphones, personal email address, Adobe Flash Player.
