For STUDENTS

Telephone conferencing is frequently used for distance delivered classes. Dialing details are provided by the instructor or distance coordinator for their department. Check your class website for details. 

For STAFF

Audio conferencing is frequently used for university meetings. Conferencing service is contracted to Encounter Collaborative through a UA system-wide contract as of August '06. A staff or faculty member can procure a conference account which will be used for each conference he/she initiates. If you want to set up a conference account or for more information, please visit the UA OIT Helpdesk Audio Conferencing Site. From there, you can request a meeting account, visit the EC frequently asked questions page, or report problems.

Most academic programs routinely create conferences each semester and should be familiar with the process.
