Professional Development

Professional Development classes are offered through UAS Ketchikan Technical Center. Classes vary from semester to semester. Arrangements can be made to develop classes in conjunction with specific business needs. Classes include training in Quickbooks, Microsoft Access and other computer software applications as well as courses in human resources management, effective communications, business writing, effective interviewing techniques, and other supervisory skills.
